Hookers in the House of the Lord

Holy Cross Church in Cromer Street invites the English Collective of Prostitutes back to the Church 40 years after their 12 day occupation against ‘police ‘illegality and racism’. The story will be retold with news clips and first hand accounts from residents, sex workers, a policeman and a priest, reflecting on the significance of the occupation then and today.

There will be an opportunity to put forward written questions, some of which will be put to the panel – details to follow.
