We want bloomsburyfestival.org.uk to be usable by everyone. This page describes what we have done and what we are still working on.

Standards

Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA. Most of the site meets that standard today.

Known issues

• Some older festival-year video archives do not yet have captions.
• The interactive page-builder preview (admin-only) is not fully keyboard navigable.

At the festival

All festival venues have step-free access or a well-signposted alternative. BSL interpretation, audio description and relaxed performances are scheduled across the programme each October.
