Is there a young budding artist or photographer in your home? Why not enter the Bloomsbury Festival Children’s Art Competition?
Bloomsbury Festival’s theme for 2020 is Vision, so we’re looking for entries that represent your vision for the world 100 years from now.
We’re on the hunt to find a young creator that can imaginatively represent their vision of the future – of what they hope the world will look like in 2120. Will there still be polar bears in the Arctic Circle? Will humans have discovered life on Mars? Or will we finally be driving around in hover cars?
As part of the next generation, you have an important role to play in shaping the future, so we’re excited to see your vision of what it will look like!
Guidelines
All children aged 0–17 can enter the competition. There are 4 age group categories, with a winner for each category.
Submissions should be on paper, and be no bigger than A4 size.
Submit a scan or photo of the entry along with the entry form to marketing@bloomsburyfestival.org.uk by 31st May 2020.
The winning artwork from each age category will be displayed during Bloomsbury Festival 2020 and receive a small prize. Winners and their families will all be invited to the Festival launch reception on Friday 16 October ahead of hosted by Her Grace the Duchess of Bedford. The overall winner will be awarded a scholarship to the Sir Hubert von Herkomer Arts Foundation
