Real-Time Biology/Intentional Living
Dr Ayse U Akarca
This talk will explore the communication between body, mind and its environment.
There is a constant communication between body and mind, and this communication gives us clues about the body's current state. A new way to communicate with our whole being is to embrace the understanding that thoughts are the language of the mind, and emotions are the language of the body. Recognizing and understanding this communication provides energetic information about the current state of our entire being. Consciously recognizing emotional and thought patterns will allow us to break habitual/inherited patterns and restructure our biology in real time. Ultimately, this will open a new perspective for embracing a new/creative way of healthy living.
