This vibrant documentary film tells the story of four grassroots mental health organisations each changing the way mental health is perceived and practiced.
In Vietnam, movement becomes medicine. In Nigeria, hope takes the form of a club where young people heal together. In Palestine, care becomes strength. In Colombia, rhythm and resistance meet in song.
