This workshop aims to highlight the richness of emotions in human life and their profound impact on our beings as whole. Creative art will be used for participants to reflect their personal experinces. Emotions are the end products of our most meaningful personal experiences, and it is vital to understand underlying reasons behind. Recognising the emotions, and introducing heathy way to trasformthem could elevate our well‑being.
